Homemade Whipped Cream is SO easy to make and it tastes SO good! Sure, it’s quick and easy to pick up some whipped topping from the store, but this… this is just heavenly.
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Whip cream until thick and stiff.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Continue beating until it holds peaks.

Chocolate Cookie Crust
2 1/2 c. crushed chocolate wafers or creme-filled cookies (like Oreos)
1/4 c. melted butter
- Mix together well and press into a 9″ pie pan, pressing up the sides.
- Fill with favorite ice cream. My favorite is Mint Chocolate Chip.
