Ice Cream Pie with Chocolate Crust

2 1/2 c. crushed chocolate wafers or creme-filled cookies (like Oreos)
1/4 c. melted butter
- Mix together well and press into a 9″ pie pan, pressing up the sides.
- Fill with favorite ice cream. My favorite is Mint Chocolate Chip.
Let ice cream sit on counter while you make the crust. Just enough to soften slightly to make it easier to remove from carton. Spoon into pie crust and place in freezer for a couple hours until the ice cream settles into pie crust.
